It might because they can save time and money when the machines will do the job or any other reasons.
Business around the world needs people to work. It will not move without them. The success of every business is because of the hard working employees. They are the main reason why it grows bigger and becomes successful. People doing their job but as times goes by many technologies are invented. There are many high technology machines that can finish the task in a couple of minutes. It is powerful than the human. Because of that, some business reduces their employees and they replace it with the machine. The machine will do the job effortless, faster, a great quality and other stuff. When it happen it causes unemployment. Only few will left because still they need people to operate the machine. The machine will not work when nobody will control or operate.
There are many great inventions that help us in our daily life just an example the camera. Camera is used for capturing images and record video. Those images are important to people and they keep it. There are people working in this field. They are the photographers and videographers. They are in demand in the weddings, graduations and other important occasions. But when the smart phones are invented every thing change. The smart phones have camera installed and people use it for capturing images own their own instead of hiring. But still there are businesses or events that the photographers are needed. In showbiz cameraman are needed, also in the beauty contest, another thing is in the weddings. Yes, technology can can cause unemployment in some fields. For example in the farming, during the past people are planting the rice to grow and harvest it when the right time comes. But when the technology evolves, the demand to human power decreases. The machines are used to plant rice. Those high technology machines have the power and the ability to automatically place those pieces of rice on the soil. Also during the harvest time, harvesting rice is very easy with the machine. The grains are segregated from the straw of the rice. But even though machines are powerful still human power is need. The machines will not work alone so people are needs to control and operate them.
Another one is in education sector. The rise of the technology in education sector can cause job loss. In some countries in the world instead of human to teach the students, they use robots machines to do the job. It is programmed well and can teach the students. Because of this invention some teachers loss their job. People are replaced by the machines in doing the job.
But it is more beautiful when the teachers are real human teaching the students. The machines have no feeling and it is programmed. You can feel the joy, the care and the love of a real teacher compare to the machines They are part of the heart of the students. Learning is fun with them.
